Due to the Covid restrictions and to protect everyone, we are not offering returns. You are requested to buy the products you need.
Post Covid Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
If you are not satisfied with any product then please send us an email right away on sales@yellowcart.au and we can discuss about the reason to return.
We will do our best to resolve the problem.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on where existed.
- Used or sign of wear or damaged items can not be returned or exchanged.
- If the products are not being used then we are happy to return the item and will refund all the money except mailing charges from both ways.
